No alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under the age of 18 years; it is against the law. 

By making an order of Timbertop Wine, you confirm and agree that:

(a)   You are over the age of 18 years, and are not a Student of the School;

(b)   Any person you obtain the Timbertop Wine for is aged over 18 years old; and

(c)   There will be someone available at the delivery or collection location to receive the order who is aged over 18 years old.

If you do not confirm you are over the age of 18 years and are not a School Student, your order will not be able to be processed.  The School may cancel any order if it is not reasonably satisfied the above has been met, or believes the supply would breach any laws or regulations applicable to supply of liquor. 

1.   I confirm I am aged over 18 years old and I am not a current Student of the School.

If there is no adult available at the time of delivery, I understand Australia Post will not be able to leave the package at the destination. 

The School will review the orders as they come through, to confirm there is no indication that a student or person under the age of 18 is attempting to make purchase of the Timbertop Wines.
